Restoration Hardware named Stefan Duban chief gallery and customer officer, and it also announced the retirement of DeMonty Price, president, chief operating, service and values officer while naming
Duban will supervise global operations of the company’s galleries, interior design, hospitality, trade, contract, outlet and gallery optimization teams. He was RH senior vp and chief gallery officer prior to his promotion.
RH also announced that it has promoted Fernando Garcia to chief supply chain officer and president of home delivery. He joined RH as president of home delivery in the spring of 2019 and assumed responsibility for the company’s distribution centers, logistics and transportation in November of that year.
In another change, RH stated that Sandy Pilon, chief people officer, would assume responsibility for the global operations of the company’s customer delight centers while leading company values initiatives in her current role.
